About this file
This is a solicitation for Global Content Delivery Services II (GCDS II). The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) requires reliable, responsive, and cost effective global content delivery capacity to meet current and future Department of Defense customer requirements across the Defense Information System Network and other networks. The objective is to obtain these services through an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract using a best value trade off evaluation. The services must be dynamically scalable and utilize an on-demand approach to support DISA locations in the continental United States, outside the continental United States, and other approved locations. The solicitation includes pricing models, performance work statements, quality assurance plans, DD Form 254, and evaluation factors. Questions are due by June 11, 2020 and proposals are due by July 2, 2020. The acquisition supports DISA's requirement to enhance communication effectiveness and transform to platform independent, web-enabled services.

Timely contract closeout is a priority under this contract/order.
