| The DSO has never been asked to perform coverage analyses after performing an MSP analysis. Should the vendor ask the DSO to perform such an analysis beyond the original requirement, the DSO would require additional funding from the vendor to perform such an analysis. It would be the vendor’s responsibility to ensure that MSP coverage is accomplished. |

RADHAZ analyses are performed by the engineers using an Excel spreadsheet.
