About this file

This file contains network maps and block diagrams showing proposed fiber optic routes connecting Scott AFB, IL to DECC St Louis and Offutt AFB, NE. The diagrams detail two 2.5GB Wave Service connections: TSR SG25FEB160001 connecting Building 1575 at Scott AFB to DECC St Louis (36 fiber miles, 1ms RTD), and TSR SG25FEB160002 connecting Scott AFB to Offutt AFB (522 fiber miles, 8.3ms RTD).

The technical diagrams show DWDM equipment locations and fiber paths through multiple vendor central offices and gateway locations, including Collinsville IL, Belleville IL, St Louis MO, St Joseph MO, and Bellevue NE. The documentation includes detailed building/room numbers, CLLI codes, and notes that vendors must indicate whether they are on-net with optical equipment at demarcation points. While specific routes are marked as fictitious examples, the diagrams provide clear technical specifications for the required network connectivity between the military facilities.
