HARDD Performance Metrics.xlsx

This is a Performance Metrics spreadsheet for the Hardware Acquisition Recompete-DLA Direct (HARDD) contract, tracking vendor performance across multiple National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs). The spreadsheet contains performance data for hundreds of line items, with metrics including vendor count, Purchase Agreement Request (PAR) count, average PAR age, Purchase Order (PO) count, delinquent PO count, Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) count, Source Discrepancy Report (SDR) count, and on-time delivery percentage.

The data reveals significant variation in vendor performance across the NIINs tracked. Most line items show high on-time delivery rates ranging from 80-100%, though some items demonstrate concerning performance with 0% on-time delivery or no activity (zero vendors, zero PARs, zero POs). Several NIINs display multiple vendors (up to 9 vendors for NIIN 013695784), while most have single vendors. The metrics indicate that some items have substantial order volumes with numerous delinquent orders, while others show minimal procurement activity. The presence of PQDRs and SDRs on select NIINs highlights quality control issues with certain suppliers. This performance data appears designed to support vendor evaluation, contract management decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives under the DLA Aviation procurement framework.
