About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers Spreadsheet for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for technical training services from the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). The opportunity requires comprehensive virtual technical training for DMDC federal employees, with training delivered through open enrollment individual course seats covering various technical topics such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+, and other technology-related courses. The training must include courseware, labs, test prep, and exam vouchers, with a total of approximately 39 student training seats across multiple technical disciplines.

The solicitation (H9821025QE002) is a new requirement with an all-or-none submission approach, seeking the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM EST on April 15, 2025, and must be submitted via email. All training will be conducted virtually, with one training course per participant. Technical acceptability will be determined by the vendor's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement, with specific emphasis on course content matching technical requirements and providing industry certification exam vouchers.
