About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to identify commercial secure messaging solutions capable of supporting their 85,000+ user enterprise worldwide. USSOCOM is researching readiness and personnel tracking solutions that support unclassified and classified personnel and operational data sets. The RFI outlines key functional characteristics the proposed solution should address, such as displaying force management data from multiple sources, supporting data import/export and API connectivity, enabling decision logic and error reporting, and providing secure data transfer between classified and unclassified networks. Respondents are requested to submit a white paper of no more than 10 pages by November 23, 2024, highlighting relevant functionality and past performance in delivering a readiness and personnel solution to support a large, worldwide organization. USSOCOM may choose to hold one-on-one discussions with potential offerors to obtain further clarification on their capabilities.
