About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a Tactical Gear Kit solicitation issued by the United States Special Operations Command (SOCNORTH). The document does not provide specific product or service requirements, pricing information, response dates, or award details, as it serves as a reference companion to the primary RFQ solicitation (H9229526QB002). The Q&A file is designed to address inquiries from potential offerors regarding the solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission procedures, though the specific questions and answers are not detailed in the provided excerpt.
The underlying solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code 339999, 500-employee size standard) issued as a Request for Quotation for one Lot of Tactical Gear Kit items with quantities listed in an attached Equipment List. Quotes must be submitted on an all-or-none basis with firm-fixed pricing inclusive of shipping costs, with delivery required 30 days after receipt of order to Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror offering the lowest evaluated price.
