This is a Statement of Requirements (Performance Work Statement) for portable and temporary shower facilities to support the Marine Raider Group and Marine Raider Regiment at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contractor must provide, install, maintain, and remove self-contained portable shower units with potable water tanks, grey water tanks, water heating systems, and power distribution equipment. Service is required across three buildings—RR123 (179 personnel for 8 days), RR139 (143 personnel for 6 days), and RR141 (128 personnel for 6 days)—all within the performance period of June 8-30, 2026. The contractor must maintain a showerhead-to-personnel ratio between 1:20 minimum and 1:10 maximum at each location and provide full cleaning and disinfecting services daily between 0900 and 1000 local time.

Performance metrics require 98% operational availability with no more than 6 hours of downtime per unit and 4-hour response time for critical equipment failures. Deliverables include electrician certification, daily service logs documenting cleaning and maintenance activities (due by 0900 daily), and water quality test results. The contractor must obtain base access credentials through RAPIDGate/DBDS or temporary pass programs, with all associated costs the contractor's responsibility. The Government will provide 48-hour lead time notice for equipment delivery at each location and reserves the right to modify delivery schedules.
