About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for industrial gas products issued by Naval Special Warfare Command for a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The solicitation (H9224025QE043) seeks an industrial gas company to deliver 500,000 units of products as specified in Attachment 1 Product Description and Exhibit A-E ELIN Price List. The contract will be a firm fixed price arrangement with a base period and an option period, with a total contract duration not to exceed 66 months.

Quotes are due by 09:00 AM on 15 Sep 2025, with delivery to Naval Special Warfare Group Eight in Virginia Beach, VA. The technical evaluation will assess the quoter's ability to deliver required items and confirm they are an Industrial Gas Company, while the price evaluation will calculate a Total Evaluated Price using a provided Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The government reserves the right to seek additional information from the lowest-priced quoter(s) for evaluation and award purposes.
