About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) document for Solicitation H9224025QE035 for Stennis Sanitation Services. The Q&A addresses three key points about the solicitation: (1) it is confirmed as a new requirement, not a contract renewal, (2) water will not be provided by the government, and the contractor must supply water for portable toilet facilities and handwash stations, and (3) waste disposal responsibilities require the contractor to remove all wastewater and waste from portable facilities off-site and dispose of it in accordance with environmental regulations. The document appears to be the first in a series of Q&A documents (Q&A #1) for this specific sanitation services contract at the Stennis location.
