PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Naval Special Warfare Group TWO
TVS Kit Stabilization Hardware Replacement
1. BACKGROUND
1.1. Tactical Video System Reconnaissance Surveillance Target Acquisition (TVS/RSTA) SOCOM Program provides the basic tools used for Surveillance, physical observation, and documentation. Continuous changes in camera technology require Evolutionary Technology Insertion (ETI) of components as improvements are made.
2. OBJECTIVE
2.1. Purchase replacement tripod, brackets, and clamps for TVS Kits compatible with the 1.5inch dovetail and Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913) mounting systems used on current stabilization hardware.
3. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
3.1. Product Name: Various “Really Right Stuff” Brand stabilization hardware (see below)
3.2. Description and Capabilities: Carbon Fiber Tripod, with mounting hardware compatible with the 1.5-inch dovetail camera base mounts and Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913) mounting systems.

6. MARKINGS AND LIMITED USE OF DATA
6.1. The Contractor shall refrain from using “Naval Special Warfare Command” (NSWC), reference to any NSWC personnel by title or position within NSWC, or this contract in any of its publications, websites, materials, media, or advertising media. The Contractor shall not use or reproduce the Department of the Navy’s trademarks or trade secrets with respect to Naval Special Warfare, Naval Special Warfare training, and the Navy SEALs/SWCCs (i.e., there are several U.S. trademark registrations in connection with the words NAVY SEALS, the Trident logo, and the SWCC logo).
7. QUALITY ASSURANCE
7.1. The Government reserves the right to perform inspections and surveillance to evaluate the Contractor’s compliance to the contract terms to include proper delivery of quantity and type of goods. The Government will make every effort to ensure that the surveillance methods used are conducted in an objective, fair, and consistent manner.
