Q&A Set 2

Q1: What is the approximate delivery size for each order and their quantities? Will there be more than just one drum of a certain product delivered at a time?

A1: As identified within the solicitation, Min & Max, the minimum contract value to be obligated is

$10,000.00. There are NO orders guaranteed above the stated minimum. The maximum contract value is $700,000.00, which may consist of any combination of ELINS and quantities. Specific items and quantities to be ordered will be identified at the delivery order level.

Q2: How frequent are you estimating these deliveries to be?

A2: See answer #1.

Q3: Will each item on the product list be ordered all together in the same delivery or will they be scattered orders?

A3: See answer #1.

Q4: What is the lead time of each delivery request?

A4: As identified within Attachment 1 Product Description, paragraph 4.1, the required delivery date is

30 days after issuance of order.

Q5: When will the first delivery occur?

A5: See answer #4 regarding delivery schedule. The first order to be issued under the resultant IDIQ contract will be issued concurrently with the basic IDIQ contract award to satisfy the minimum contract value to be obligated of $10,000.00.

Q6: Do we need to quote for both the Mercury and Quicksilver products or just one of them?

A6: For the Gear Lubricant (CCA) identified in Attachment1 Product Description, paragraph 2.5, Offerors may quote Quicksilver OR Mercury.

Q7: The solicitation indicates other possible delivery locations. Would those also be at this specific base?

A7: If an alternate delivery locations is required, it will be negotiated at the delivery order level. No specific alternate locations are known at this time.

Q8: What are the “other items to be negotiated”?

A8: As identified within Attachment 1 Product Description, paragraph 2.7, additional items may be included as needed on a to‐be‐negotiated basis. This is to account for the potential of including other oils and lubricants should they be required.
