FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)- one source reasonably available (Sigma Assessment Systems)

The Sigma Assessment Systems intelligence test is the only one capable of meeting the needs of NSWCEN.

Other test products cannot meet the requirement for tests to be group administered and have not been approved for use on the SOCOM network. Sigma Assessment Systems owns the distribution rights to the above listed testing materials and supplies. Additionally, NSWCEN has been using this testing system for the last three years and as a result, has established an extensive database of IQ scores. These data sets can only be used for predictive analytics and program improvements if we remain consistent with the tests we use. Use of other testing supplies or services would render data unusable.
