5. QUESTION:

In the event that we are using a contractor boat, can it be docked at the Navy Marina? Will this be for free or will there be a charge?

ANSWER: Contractor vessels cannot be docked at the Navy marina and the contractor shall be responsible for all marina fees when a contractor provided vessel is utilized, unless otherwise negotiated at the task order level.

6. QUESTION:

Volume II, Item 3 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Page 2: Do we only need the description of vessels to be used in MS or are descriptions of vessels used in other locations required as well?

H92240-18-Q-1000

ANSWER: Description of contractor provided vessels has been removed as a technical submission requirement; reference amended FAR 52.212-1 addendum of the solicitation.

Contractor provided vessels, when required at the task order level, shall comply with requirements as stated in the PWS and the Government may verify compliance prior to course start.

7. QUESTION:

Volume III of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Page 3: Please confirm that the ELIN Bxx, Cxx, Dxx, and Exx are referring to the 4 consecutive years.

ANSWER: Yes, the contractor shall provide pricing for all ordering periods in the Attachment 3 – ELIN table; ELINs A001-A005, B001-B005, C001-C005, D001-D005, and E001-E005.

9. QUESTION:

Is there a difference between ELIN A001 on Attachment 3 and ELIN A001 on Attachment 4?

These look to be identical.

ANSWER:

The total evaluated price will be calculated from the Attachment 3 – ELIN Table, which provides COI prices that will be firm-fixed price at the Basic contract level.

Attachment 4 – ELIN Table represents just those COIs that will be ordered on Task Order 0001 (2 COIs under ELIN A001).

Provide both attachments with the quote submission.
