Mission locations often require members to drive in adverse conditions, on unpaved roads, and in areas where the geopolitical environment is highly unstable. All personnel need to have the ability to safely maneuver in any environment and tactically evade/escape from attacks encountered while traveling. A mobility training course of instruction (COI) that encompasses tactical driving techniques is essential to provide personnel with the requisite skills to perform their mission safely in a dynamic, dangerous, and ever evolving environment.
