Question and Answers PSC Contractor for CJSOTF-A Contracts
Q: Will I extend mobilization period from 30 days to 60 days?
A: No.
Q: If the contractor submits Arming Packets to the COR and ACOD within 30 days and there is a delay at ACOD on the approvals will the contractor be held liable?
A: No. We only require that the Arming Packets are submitted by the end of the mobilization period. The typical turnaround for arming authorizations from ACOD is 60 days and the contractor will not be held liable for any governmental delays.
Q: Can the contractor invoice for CLIN 0001 if the Arming Authorization Letters have been submitted IAW FRAGO 11-128 but still pending approval.
A: Yes, CLIN 0001 requires the following:
The contractor shall submit proof of DBA Insurance. DBA Insurance is part of the terms and conditions of this contract. Failure to provide such proof may be grounds for termination of the contract. Provide manning IAW SOW and Annex C. Input 100% of personnel in SPOT for LOAs within 7 days of hiring. Biometrically screen their personnel.
