Peak Performance Advanced System . The system is built for the advanced biofeedback practitioner, which includes a full lineup of software and hardware to fully train the military member's psychophysiology, and have the opportunity to completely bridge the gap between mind and body for true peak performance. The system is designed to help subjects learn to make better decisions, increase their consistency, and make the micro adjustments necessary to perform at the highest level. The system is used with Operators to control specific brain activity, control electrical firing to specific muscles to improve speed and strength of activation, and to manage stress reactions. The system has capability to speed reaction times and improve the mind-body connection.
The Peak Performance Biofeedback system from Thought Technologies is an excellent device for optimizing, improving, rehabbing, or mitigating adverse events to increase force readiness for MARSOC.
The supplies required are multiple biofeedback software and hardware for training psychophysiology. The system must provide features for improving the quality and consitency of individual's decion making. The system Encoder must be an 8-channel, multi-modality encoder that connects to a Windows desktop or laptop PC through a USB port. The encoder must offer real-time, computerized physiological montitoring an neuro/biofeedback at a level of fidelity to a support clinical or research setting.
The encoder must be able to store data on a compact flash memory card, for uploading on to a PC, as well as offer the option of a long-range compact flash telemetry module to offer a wide range of recording options. The encoder must be capable of recording brain waves with a minimum of two EEG sensors that include integrated impedance chacking functionality. Two of the encoder's channels must provide signal fidelity at 2048 samples per second for viewing raw EKG, EEG, EMG data. The other six channels on the encoder must provide a minimum fidelity of 256 samples per second and capable of supporting a variety of sensors, including: EEG, EKG, RMS EMG, skin conductance, heart rate, blood volume pulse, respiration, respiration, goniometry, force, and voltage input. The software for the system must support data analysis of biofeedback and psychophysiological input from the encoder and display such analysis in a multi-media graphical manner. The physiological software must support multi-media modality of physiological assessments to include Heart Rate through EKG or blood volume pulse, EMG, skin conductance, temperature, and respiration. The Physiological software must support biofeedback training protocols to include relaxation with EMG, temperature or skin conductance, Heart Rate variability with respiration, and EKG or BVP and abdominal/thoracic breathing. Relaxation training software protocols must include full-length relaxation scripts with a recorded audio track guiding the client through deep relaxation and progressive recovery. The software script must also provide pre and post-training baseline assessment scripts, as well as a script that takes an individual through three cycles of stress induction and relaxation steps. The stress assessment script must be able to support identification of any hyper or hypo-reactivity in any of the recordable modalities. EEG software must be included that provides a alpha-theta training screen and multiple template-style screens for training with 3, 6, or 10 user-defined EEG bands. The EEG software must support training for: alpha amplitude (range), alpha peak frequency, alpha theta, beta amplitude, SMR amplitude, theta beta, theta SMR and wide band inhibit. The EEG suite features must include: on-the-fly cut-off frequency adjustments, in session impedance chekcing, manual and auto threshold instruments with use-specified target percentages of time, single and dual-monitor display screens, and real-time epoch statistics for instant trend graphing. The software must include a physical rehabilitation feature that provides customized rehabilitation. The software must include a reaction time program that takes standard CPT protocols (single, variable, and choice) to the next level by combining reaction time with time-locked EEG and phsyiological data, which allows a direct link of responses to mind and body activity. Additionally, the reaction time feature of the software must be capable of analyzing individual events or categorized group averaged data, compare EEG, EMG and physiology during correct and incorrect responses.

A00N Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation System
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) System that is able to measure, display and record information about the current disposition through the magnetic transducer (stimulation coil). The di/dt value is a measurement of the electrical flux through the coil and is measured, displayed and can be recorded for every stimulation and is important for assuring consistent stimulation intensity. There is no absolute measure of the electrical flux through the windings with the other competitor systems and therefore lack of information about potential power roll off.
The system must have no disposable or consumable components that are required for per session operation. That essentially provides low cost of ownership for MagPro products and a better ROI to our customers.
The TMS system must include an “off the shelf” single combined active/ sham/ concurrent electrical stimulation coil for double blind clinical research.
The TMS System must include a software protocol tool which allows development, storage and recall of up to 27 different treatment/ experimental protocols.
The TMS System must be capable of being triggered by either standard TTL or CMOS pulses.
The TMS System must have the ability to trigger single pulses, start stimulation protocols and/ or adjust amplitude of stimulation from an external triggering device (computer) via COM2 port (RS232 protocol).
The TMS System shall include an “off the shelf” liquid cooled coil system (MagVenture “Cool” coils) which is nearly silent.
This TMS system must be capable of delivering more than 20,000 pulses when run at 75% output, with 50 pulses per stimulation train and 25 second inter-train intervals.
