About this file
This is a product datasheet for the Avigilon Unity H6SL camera line in support of a Virginia state and local contract opportunity for Avigilon cameras for Pittsburgh Building 29. The solicitation requests the furnish and delivery of all requested camera components with no installation required, on a brand name or equivalent basis, with the agency reserving the right to determine equivalency. The H6SL camera line is available in both bullet and dome form factors for indoor and outdoor applications, with multiple resolution options ranging from 2.0 MP to 8.0 MP (4K Ultra HD). Camera models include the 2.0C-H6SL-BO1-IR, 3.0C-H6SL-BO1-IR, 3.0C-H6SL-BO2-IR, 5.0C-H6SL-BO1-IR, 5.0C-H6SL-BO2-IR, and 8.0C-H6SL-BO1-IR for bullet cameras, and corresponding dome variants with and without IR illumination. Numerous accessories are available including wall mounts, pole mount adapters, corner mounts, in-ceiling mounting adapters, pendant NPT adapters, weathershields, microphone accessories, and dome replacements.
The H6SL cameras feature advanced capabilities including AI-powered video analytics with appearance search and facial recognition support, H.264 and H.265 HDSM SmartCodec technology for bandwidth management, and FIPS 140-2 cryptography with onboard TPM2 for data security. Environmental ratings include IK10 impact protection and IP66/IP67 with NEMA Type 4X protection on outdoor models. Cameras support multiple streaming resolutions, advanced motion detection with classified object recognition, and various analytic events such as objects in area, loitering detection, crossing beam detection, and direction violation alerts. Power requirements are via PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 3 compliant) with maximum power consumption of 10W for domes and 13W for bullets. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +60°C for indoor domes and -40°C to +60°C for outdoor domes and bullets. All units include a five-year warranty and are certified to UL, CE, UKCA, RoHS, and other international standards.

Analytics Specifications Supported Analytics Events
Objects in Area The event is triggered when the selected object type moves into the region of interest.
Object Loitering The event is triggered when the selected object type moves into the region of interest and then stays for an extended amount of time.
Objects Crossing Beam The event is triggered when the specified number of objects have crossed the directional beam that is configured over the camera’s field of view. The beam can be unidirectional or bidirectional.
Object Appears or Enters Area The event is triggered by each object that enters the region of interest. This event can be used to count objects.
Object Not Present in Area The event is triggered when no objects are present in the region of interest.
Objects Enter Area The event is triggered when the specified number of objects have entered the region of interest.
Objects Leave Area The event is triggered when the specified number of objects have left the region of interest.
Object Stops in Area The event is triggered when an object moves into a region of interest and then stops moving for the specified threshold time.
Object Too Close The event is triggered when two objects are too close together, based on the specified distance set for the event.
Direction Violated The event is triggered when an object moves in the prohibited direction of travel.
Tamper Detection The event is triggered when the scene unexpectedly changes.
These Analytic events for vehicle sub-types are not supported on the H6SL camera line.
