CORPORATE CAPABILITIES

II. Capabilities and Experience

All interested respondents are requested to provide the following information:

· Describe your company’s profile and core capabilities.

· Describe your company’s capabilities as they relate to the Major Support Areas in Attachment A.

· What best practices should the Government consider in relation to the major support areas listed in Attachment A?

· Provide any additional information that you think may be relevant for consideration formulating RFI requirements for the eventual acquisition.

· Do you propose to submit as a prime and are you capable of performing at least 51% of the work.

· Prior to being assigned to this contract, all contractors shall possess a final Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and granted full SCI eligibility by a U.S. Government Adjudication Authority within the past 60 months and has not had a break in SCI access of more than 24 months during this period; Contractors shall have a Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSP) examination conducted by a recognized U.S. Government polygraph entity within 7 years (in scope); and Personnel Security Standards and Procedures Governing Eligibility for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI): Contractors must have successfully undergone a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) that is current (in scope) as defined by DoD 5200.2-R, DoDM 5105.21-V3, and ICD 704. The nature of the contract requires contractor personnel to possess a high degree of security awareness. Please confirm and describe your company’s ability to meet the requirements in Attachment E.
