About this file
This document is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for a sole source lease extension for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport (RUT). TSA currently occupies 625 rentable square feet of space across the terminals and intends to remain in the current space. The lease is for 10 years (5 firm) to extend the existing lease that expires on 05/15/2024. TSA requires the space to be located on-airport to effectively carry out its mission supporting the screener workforce and administrative staff. The government may consider alternative space if economically advantageous, but otherwise intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. Interested parties must submit building details including square footage, rental rate, proximity to the airport and mass transit, and available parking by 05/24/2024. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice.
