About this file
This document is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for a sole source lease extension at Boston Logan International Airport. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to award a 5-year sole source lease extension to the Massachusetts Port Authority for approximately 16,473 rentable square feet of space across multiple terminals at the airport. The current lease is set to expire on May 31, 2024. TSA's space must be located on-airport property to effectively carry out its mission in direct support of the screener workforce and administration. The government may consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous, but intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. Interested parties must submit information on building name/address, square footage, rental rate, proximity to the airport and mass transit, and available parking by May 31, 2019. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice.
