If you do not have a TDR SIN awarded on your MAS Contract:
Submit an eMod Request – Add SIN to add a new TDR SIN Submit an eMod Request – Add Products under awarded TDR SIN
Note: You may be able to submit one eMod Request as “Add SIN” to cover both the add SIN and add products under that SIN.
If you are an existing contractor submitting a follow-on offer:
Select the TDR Option - You will be given the opportunity to elect to participate in TDR for the new eOffer.
Note: If you intend to have dual contracts, you must have TDR status for both contracts.

When do I report sales under the TDR Program?
If you currently have a MAS contract and will be opting into the TDR Program, please be aware that the reporting period start and end dates will change after opting into the TDR Program.
Example:
Mod Effective Date These dates will never Change – 10/01, 01/01, 04/01, and 07/01
Submit Mod Request on 03/20/2025 (Before 04/01/2025) Mod Awarded on 04/03/2025 (After 04/01/2025) – Go to the next applicable quarter, which is 07/01/2025. However, you are still required to report your quarterly sales through 06/30/2025 as a Non-TDR contract.
Then your new monthly reporting of sales under the TDR Program is as follows:
Initial TDR Reporting Date – 07/01/2025 – 07/31/2025 (New Monthly Reporting) TDR Report Due - 08/30/2025 (30 days after the initial TDR reporting date).
Note: IFF payments are still due on a quarterly basis and must continue as a TDR participant.
