OTran@washgas.com Question 2:

We are still not quite clear on this - since both utilities (Washington Gas and Pepco) have regulated and unregulated subsidiaries - can the unregulated subsidiaries bid on this project as well or must it be only the regulated ones?

Looking forward to this clarification.

Response 2:

This is not a question of regulated or unregulated. It is a solicitation to utilities on the GSA Areawide Contract that service St. Es.

Question 3:

I would like to make arrangements for representatives from my firm to examine the documents in the reading room at the 7th & D Streets location mentioned in Amendment 1.

Please let me know what information you will need in order to set-up the visit to review the documents.

Response 3:

No other contractors other than the two that are on the GSA Areawide Contract are allowed to view the drawings and other contract documents pertaining to the Central Utility and Heating Plant.

Note: The email address originally stated as a contact person for the Request for Qualifications for Terrie Latimer has been changed to Aretha.latimer@gsa.gov.
