REQUEST FOR QUOTE RFQ GS-10P-15-LT-P-0011

Heating Fuel (#2 Diesel) and Delivery

Issue Date: January 29, 2015

Your firm is invited to submit a quote for #2 diesel heating fuel and delivery to a 2500 gallon underground storage tank in Port Angeles, WA as outlined in the attached Statement of Work

(SOW). The GSA recognizes that fuel prices fluctuate; therefore, in order to fairly evaluate all quotes, offerors are requested to submit a quote for the fuel prices as of

February 2, 29, 2015. Equitable adjustment will be made to the winning offeror according to pricing index at the time of each delivery during award period of performance. Quotes must include any and all associated delivery and/or fees for this service as a separate cost breakdown in addition to the fuel price for the aforementioned date. Quotes are due

February 5, 2015, 2015 at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time Zone).

Due to the fluctuating prices of fuel, the GSA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Not To Exceed (NTE) line item amount (which will be paid based on actual usage). The awardee will be providing supply and delivery at their own risk if at any time the delivery exceeds the contract CLIN amount. Note: Invoices for this procurement will not be paid without acceptance and approval by the government. GSA further intends to award an initial base contract for the remainder of the fiscal year plus four one year option periods. The

Period of Performance (POP) for this base year fuel supply and delivery service is on/or about

February 15, 2015 through September 30, 2015, plus four one-year option periods, ending

September 30, 2019, if exercised.

Please email your quote and direct all inquiries to the following:
