Factor 3 on page 12 of the RFQ requests 3 similar projects for the Project Team and if the Project Team has not performed work as a team then we are to provide 3 projects for each team member. Since there are over 10+ Team Members listed on page 12, this would mean over 30 project summaries instead of the 3 project summaries which has a huge impact on the 150 single-sided page limit stated in the RFQ. If not all members of the team have worked together but some of the team has, can we group up the members that have worked together on their projects and provide additional projects from the other team members?

Answer to Question 47 The Lead Designer can be either an individual or a company.
QUESTION 48
Regarding Factor 2 – Qualifications/Experience of Key Personnel, item e on page 9, states “Past experience must be attributable to the person named on the resume.” Is it the intent of this statement to list only those projects of the individual, rather than those of the firm? Or does this statement refer to Factors 1 and 3 of this section?
Answer to Question 48 It is the intent of this statement that the past experience indicated on the resume be attributable to person identified on the resume and that the resume address the items indicated by Factor 2.
