Amendment No. 3 – Solicitation No. GS-07-P-16-HT-C-7012 for HVAC Replacements in El Paso, Fort Hancock and Marfa, TX
This amendment is issued to provide a revised Scope of Work dated 8/23/16, a revised Document C101-SB (The Agreement) and to respond to questions.
1. The Trane Split Systems specified for Building A and B in Marfa Texas do not have an option for a 5 KW electric heat strip on the indoor units. This is for model numbers:
4MXW8518A10N0A, 4MUC4524A10N0A, 4MUC4518A10N0A, and 4MXW2718A10N. Is the electric heat required? No.
2. While doing the technical proposal I noticed that TX0972 - Ysleta Building A (for demo of package units) does not request to reconnect the gas. I have the specs from the manufacturer on the new units which is showing gas pack units. I know some of the units you requested were converted to electrical (Fort Hancock). Is this the case here or is it just an accidental omission? This was an accidental omission for Ysleta, TX0972.
All units need to be reconnected to the gas line. The SOW has been revised.
3. Please confirm that we may submit our proposal via email. Please see section I.H. (4) Receipt of Offers in Document: C201-SB LPTA of the solicitation.
“(4) Offers may also be submitted by email to the following address:
Shawna.villarreal@gsa.gov. Offers must be received by the due date and time stated in (1) above. An original copy of the bid bond must be received at the address provided in (1) above no later than COB three days after the proposal due date.”
