Thank you for your email regarding the amendment and upcoming responses to quesons. Because the quesons will be posted by COB Friday and the proposal is due Monday, this will not give contractors enough me to review the quesons and make any adjustments to their proposals. We; therefore, respecully request a two week extension.

Hi Valarie, As of now, there have not been very many questions submitted for GSA's consideration. Your questions will be answered by tomorrow afternoon. As they are the last outstanding questions we have, and were submitted at 11am yesterday, I will likely be able to post all the submitted questions and answers by COB tomorrow.

Valarie, I have spoken with GSA management. When we post the questions tomorrow I will make the determination as to what extension we will do to allow the contractors to factor the questions in to their proposals.

I'm very sorry for the lateness of a question, but would you add one more answer regarding the electrical testing? I believe it is important. The question is: When was the last switchgear test conducted? The best I have discovered through a local electrical contractor, is that it was last tested in May, 2012. If that is the case, does the government plan to have the current O&M contractor have the testing performed before the start of the new contract? Obviously it is in the best interest of the government, for this would drastically affect the offeror's pricing to be lower if this electrical procedure were performed prior to the new contract period. Thank you for your consideration.

Good morning Peter, To be certain I understand, The Location 1 list of required staff below is no longer being stipulated as a minimum , for example, there is no requirement to have an admin or any specific number of mechanics?
Please advise, thanks

Yes that is correct. We are unable to stipulate there be a minimum number of mechanics or an admin assistant, but offerors will need to have adequate staff on site to perform those functions. The prior language, while no longer binding is helpful in that it outlines the work we need to have done at the locations.
