(1) Can my firm, a small business concern, pursue this contract with the majority of our team comprised of Small and Large business consultants?
Yes, your firm may pursue this contract. It is your firm's responsibility as the prime firm to propose the most highly qualified team (in your point of view) that will be able to meet our requirements under this contract. However, please keep in mind that Evaluation Criteria #6 gives preference to those firms that can provide documentation that they have the ability to provide at least 35% overall design services in-house from an existing office within the geographical area. Additional consideration will be given for each consultant to the prime (i.e. MEP, structural, fire protection, etc.) with an existing office within the same geographical area.
(2) If my firm is located outside the geographical area, would we still be able to pursue this contract?
Yes, your firm may still go after this contract even though you're not in the geographical area. However, still keep in mind what was stated above in regards to Evaluation Criteria #6.
(3) Have there been any specific project jobs announced?
There are no specific projects announced for this contract. The Government makes no representation as to the number of work orders or the actual amount of work to be ordered.
