Question #2
2. The square footages of the structures are incorrect. I think the living space was only listed in the spec. 72 Maple St. has a basement & 2 stories. Each level is 676 sf equating to 2,028 sf of structure, an enclosed porch of 144 sf, & 506 sf for the shed. Also @ 104 Maple St. you have 2 stories @ 2,784 sf a piece which totals 5,568 sf total.
Answer #2
2. Contractors are instructed to demolish all structures (including basements and sheds) on the parcels that can be seen in pictures and/or are depicted in sketches or parcel surveys.

Question #3
3. Do you want the vermiculite insulation abated? The EPA has on approved method for analysis of Vermiculite Insulation (VI); However, it is almost always abated 99% of the time. Could you put an amendment out to clarify such? (Ie. If you in fact want this material to be abated). It would be especially helpful for bidding purposes. I would hate for my price to include the abatement of such, and another contractor not included it.
Answer #3
3. The State of Vermont considers Vermiculite Insulation as asbestoscontaining material (ACM) and as such must be abated as asbestos. Treat Vermiculite as if it was ACM and abate it appropriately.
Question #4
4. I would like to get plans for the Building Demolition, of Parcel 15 and Parcel 16 in Derby Line, VT.
Can you tell me the cost of the plans and how to order them.
Answer #4
4. We only have the sketch floor plans that were included in the Scope of Work (SOW). No building plans are available.
