GSA, Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies (X) URL Monitoring Services Vendor Questions and Answers
Q1. In regards to requirement #4: Monitoring services shall include (8) URLs with options to increase. We currently offer 3 different site monitoring platforms: Full Page- Rich Internet (IE Browser), Full Page (Simulated Browser) and Non Full Page (Simulated Browser). Which platform would you like to utilize?
A1. Only one site has the full page option enabled. The other’s have non full page.
Q2. Could you please provide us with the 8 URLs you would like to monitor?
A2. The monitoring service should be independent of the specific URL names.
Q3. Is GSA willing and able to purchase services utilizing a commercial contract (Managed Services Agreement) or does GSA require a specific government contract vehicle, such as a Schedule 70 or WITS contract?
A3. This is an open market purchase order. The vendor can propose catalog pricing; however, given this is an open market purchase we recommend the vendor is aggressive as possible in their pricing in order to be competitive.
