A

Proposer shall indemnify and hold harmless the City (and its employees, Committee members and advisors, agents and elected and appointed officials) from any and all claims, actions, suits, judgements, fines, costs, fees (including attorneys' fees), related to the Proposer’s designation of material as confidential or exempt from public disclosure.
