Ground Penetrating Radar/ Imager and Associated Hardware

Statement of Need: To ensure the safety and ef iciency of subsurface operations, the Government requires a ground-penetrating radar system capable of detecting buried cables, utility lines, and other underground targets with high precision. The implementation of this technology will signi icantly reduce accidental utility strikes, minimize infrastructure disruptions, and enhance operational planning for public projects.

Its advanced imaging will support proactive identi ication of underground assets, helping prevent costly mishaps, service outages, and safety hazards during excavation or construction activities.

Minimum Speci ications

Must have the ability to detect:

1. Shallow subsurface targets

2. Mid-range targets

3. Deeper targets (below 14 feet)

Essential Hardware Components including but not limited to:

1. Mobile cart or frame

2. Must have integrated head electronics for system operation and data processing

3. Chargers and cables

4. Display/control device (e.g., rugged tablet) and associated charger(s)

All additional required hardware and accessories necessary for a complete and fully functional system.

Components must be easily transportable and securely housed and have the ability to be easily stored.

Must allow for operation in hot and cold weather conditions.

Minimum two (2) year warrant for parts and labor.
