About this file

This is a procurement system transition notice from Glynn County, Georgia, announcing the implementation of a new web-based e-Procurement Portal operated by OpenGov to replace its previous paper-based bid solicitation process. The announcement pertains to IFB26-027, which is a solicitation by the Glynn County Health Department for the purchase and replacement of a 90-ton Carrier Water Chiller Unit, including installation of the replacement unit and removal of the existing equipment. Interested vendors can register for an account in the e-Procurement Portal to receive notifications of bid opportunities, follow updates to existing solicitations, submit questions regarding open solicitations, and submit electronic bids and proposals through the centralized platform.

The document provides procedural guidance for vendors rather than specific pricing terms, contract duration, or award information. All bidders must access the e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/glynncounty to participate in this and future Glynn County solicitations. The portal serves as the single source for all bid opportunities issued by Glynn County and requires vendors to register and create accounts to receive automatic notifications of amendments and addenda to solicitations.
