The punch list shall be revised to reflect additional work items that are discovered during such inspection. The CMAR shall correct all punch list items no later than thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion is achieved.

• Training. The CMAR shall provide training to the department and other designated representatives from Metro staff on building systems, as applicable. The CMAR and Metro owner Rep shall be required to schedule such training sessions and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure all such training occurs prior to the Final Completion date.
