About this file

This document is a Bidder Response Form for a Request for Response (RFR) for Generator Services issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The RFR seeks bids for large utility-grade stationary emergency diesel generators. The requested information includes general company details, pricing information with a cap on markup from prevailing wage, and required documentation such as OSHA 10 certification, references, and insurance. Bidders must provide a list of available generator services, their geographic service area and response time, and details on their relevant experience and qualifications. They must also disclose any OSHA violations within the past 5 years and provide any additional licenses or certifications.

The related State and Local Contract Opportunity is for New and Used Generators, issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified. Pricing is structured as "ceiling not to exceed" with the understanding that eligible entities can negotiate lower rates. The RFR does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources, but does encourage participation in the Commonwealth's Approved Apprentice Program and Supplier Diversity Office certification.
