To: Prospective Quoters
Subject: Request for Quotation number 19TH20-20-Q-0006
American Embassy Bangkok invites you to submit a quotation for comprehensive ground maintenance services for the U.S. Mission located in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the enclose Request for Quotations (RFQ).
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it in a sealed envelope to the address shown in Block 9 on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter, no later than 3:00 p.m. (Bangkok time) on Monday, September 28, 2020. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Electronic submission will not be accepted.
Offerors/Quoters shall submit an original and two copies of the complete quotation, including all supporting documents.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
• SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option years.
• Section 1, The Schedule
• Section 5, Representations and Certifications
• Additional Information as required in Section 3.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit has been scheduled on September 17, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at the U.S. Embassy, GSO/Procurement Office, conference room, 93/1 GPF Tower A, 5th Fl., Wireless Road, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Carlos Quimpo, Contracting Officer. Questions must be written in English and may also be sent via email to BKKGSOProcBid@state.gov.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
