About this file
This is an addendum document revising the Invitation for Bid (IFB) 2026-477 issued by Collin County, Texas for Garage, Overhead, & Sliding Door Maintenance & Repairs services. The addendum modifies the original solicitation for qualified vendors to provide maintenance, labor, parts, and equipment services for garage doors, overhead doors, and sliding doors across all Collin County buildings and facilities on an as-needed basis. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price annual agreement to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all mandatory requirements, with services to cover anticipated maintenance and repair needs for county facilities.
The addendum specifies revisions to the original IFB terms and conditions, though the fundamental scope of securing a single-year maintenance and repair contract remains unchanged. Bidders are required to meet all mandatory specifications outlined in the revised solicitation documents to be considered responsive. The resulting contract will be structured as a fixed-price arrangement, ensuring cost predictability for Collin County while establishing clear service delivery expectations for the selected vendor throughout the contract period.
