About this file

This document is a notice of opportunity for an energy savings performance contract task order from the Government Accountability Office. The GAO is interested in pursuing an ESPC project at its headquarters building and 11 additional GAO facilities leased from the General Services Administration. The scope of any awarded task order would include improvements to the identified buildings and facilities. This notice invites the 20 holders of the Department of Energy's Fourth Generation ESPC indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to submit expressions of interest for consideration for a potential task order award to provide ESPC services. In the event of an award, one of the 20 DOE ESPC IDIQ contractors would be selected as the prime contractor.

3Is the GAO HQ on central steam? If so, can you provide consumption data?No ReferenceCentral steam pipes still run through GAO HQ's basement carrying steam. We do not use it for any utility / building systems.TechnicalNo Change
