The contractor must furnish Material Safety Data Sheets for all proposed cleaning and disinfecting compounds and certify that all chemicals are non-toxic and non-corrosive for Government Technical Representative review and approval by 14 CES/CEAN before bringing products on base. Monthly HAZMAT inventories covering solvents, paints, degreasers, greases, ozone-depleting substances, and oils must be submitted to the GTR within five business days of the preceding month. The government will manage identified HAZMAT in the installation's approved tracking system and provide inventory records to the Hazardous Material Management Office at Building 927.
