About this file
This is a delivery schedule document for the John J. Madden Mental Health Center (MHC) in Illinois, which supports the establishment of a small purchase contract for weekly juice delivery services. The document outlines the delivery schedule and logistics for juice products to be supplied under the contract. The specific items and quantities listed in the schedule are not guaranteed purchases during the contract term, as actual orders may vary based on the facility's operational needs. The contract involves weekly deliveries, indicating a recurring service requirement to support the mental health center's operational demands.
The document serves as a scheduling reference tool for managing the juice delivery operations under the small purchase contract. Additional details regarding pricing terms, delivery specifications, product quality standards, and any specific performance requirements would typically be contained in the accompanying contract documents and scope of work. The schedule supports the procurement process by establishing expected delivery patterns and helping potential bidders understand the logistical requirements and frequency of service expected from the selected vendor.
