The RFI is not a formal solicitation and will not result in contract awards; it is designed to gather information from potential contractors about their capabilities to support Design-Build (DB) construction services for VA facilities in Arizona. The project magnitude is to be determined, with an estimated schedule of FY27-FY32, and falls under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction).

Respondents are invited to request a 20-minute capabilities presentation slot on March 18, 2026, during closed-door Interchange Meetings with technical and small business teams, with approximately 8-10 time slots available between 12:40 PM and 3:30 PM. Only firms with medical facility positive past performance within NAICS 236220 are eligible to present. Responses should be submitted via email to Roger Minami at kinya.r.minami@usace.army.mil, with presentation request decisions communicated by March 2, 2026.
