SCOPE OF WORK FOR CLEANING SERVICES
FOR THE FALCON POWER PLANT
REQUISITION FY26R5201005
The following cleaning services are to be provided to the International Boundary and Water Commission, United States, at the Falcon Power Plant located at, 1 Reservoir Road, Falcon Heights, TX, 78545.
The Contractor shall provide the service two (2) days per week (Monday & Thursday) excluding Federal Holidays. POP: 9/30/2025 to 10/01/2030.
Please note that the contractor will cross through the port of entry and will have to comply with all Department of Homeland Security document requirements when leaving the Power Plant.
AREA TO BE CLEANED

| 2. | Three (3) restrooms at Erection Floor |
| 3. | Three (3) offices (Plant Manager, Superintendent & Telephone Room) |
4. One (1) restroom (Machine Shop Area)
| 5. | One (1) Office in Machine Shop (Mechanics & electrician’s Office) |
| 6. | Break Room Area |
7. Operators Kitchenette Area ***Approximately 3,500 square feet to be cleaned***
RESTRICTIONS
DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, SUCH AS DESKS OR FILE CABINETS OR OTHER HEAVY ITEMS.
DO NOT REMOVE ANY PAPERS FROM THE TOPS OF DESKS.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
| Empty all trash cans and replace plastic bags in trash cans. |
| Dust all desks and tops of copy machine, cabinets, and appliances. |
| Sweep and mop floors, including around the cracks, |
| Dust window blinds and light covers clean all surfaces of windowsills, and Venetian blinds, clean inside and outside of windows. |
5. Clean all restrooms:
a. Wash toilets and basin with detergent and scouring pads
b. Clean mirrors with glass cleaner
| c. | Sweep and mop floors |
| d. | Disinfect all surfaces |
NOTE: Please notify IBWC personnel when supplies are becoming low at least 30 days in advance.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES:
| · | The monthly invoice shall include a description of the dates service was provided and specific services performed. |
| · | All invoices shall be sent to the USIBWC Finance & Accounting Division (FAD) monthly by email to invoices@ibwc.gov. A copy shall be furnished to the POC. |
| The monthly amount shall be firm fixed priced. |
| Payment shall be made in accordance with contract clause 52.212-4 |
SALARIES AND BENEFITS:
The Contractor and all subcontractors shall be responsible for complying with all Department of Labor requirements and labor wage determinations.
INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Inspection and Acceptance will occur at Falcon Power Plant Raul Salinas (Superintendent).
