About this file
This document is an Amendment (0001) to a federal solicitation for USIBWC SCADA Lifecycle Support, with the solicitation number FY26R1221102. The amendment clarifies pricing language in Section 12 of the Performance Work Statement, specifically regarding pricing references to IT Schedule 70. The key clarification is that offerors are not required to hold a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract to be eligible for award, and the government will consider commercially available pricing to support price reasonableness.
The amendment emphasizes that the solicitation is not being conducted under FAR Part 8 and is not limited to GSA MAS contract holders. The scope of work, evaluation factors, period of performance, and submission due date remain unchanged. This amendment provides flexibility for potential contractors by broadening the acceptable pricing sources and removing the prerequisite of having a specific GSA schedule contract.
