About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines trash and recycling service requirements for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Southeast District sites from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The contract requires a contractor to manage trash and recycling services for multiple USCG bases and stations, including locations in Savannah, Charleston, Brunswick, Jacksonville, Port Canaveral, Tybee Island, Georgetown, and other Southeast region sites. Service providers currently include Republic Services, WastePro, and Atlantic Waste, with varying container sizes and service frequencies ranging from monthly to twice weekly.

Key requirements include providing a help desk with 8:00 am to 5:00 pm operating hours, maintaining a maximum 3-minute call wait time, and offering technical support for resolving service issues. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), submit invoices through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and ensure timely payment of accounts. The proposal submission format includes a firm-fixed price structure with separate line items for monthly trash and recycling services and initial processing/administrative fees, which will be included in the first month's invoice.
