About this file

This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Checklist for a micro purchase solicitation issued by the City of Pennsylvania for Ice Chest Coolers with Logo under contract number B2627151 for fiscal year 2026. The procurement is for coolers with customized branding, to be awarded as a whole or by line item at the City's discretion to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must submit quotes for all items to be eligible for consideration for the full award. No delivery or provision of services is permitted until formal notification is received from the requesting department. This is designated as a firm limit contract.

The checklist establishes standard operational procedures that sellers must follow throughout the procurement and performance process. Pricing must be submitted for all line items to qualify for award consideration. This is a competitive micro purchase that will be evaluated based on responsiveness and responsibility, with price as the primary award criterion. No specific renewal options, set-asides, or incumbent information is detailed in this checklist document. Bidders are instructed to await official authorization from the department before commencing any work or delivery activities.
