About this file
This is a project profile form template for the Postsecondary Student Success Grant (PSSG) Program for Fiscal Year 2026. The form requires applicants to provide basic project information including the project title, lead applicant name, UEI number, and OPE ID number (if the lead applicant is an institution of higher education). Applicants must select one absolute priority from the first set (Early-Phase or Mid-phase) and one from the second set (Advancing Artificial Intelligence in Education, Career and Workforce Readiness, Developing or Expanding Short Term Programs, or Projects that Support College-to Career Pathways and Supports). The form also includes optional sections for competitive preference priorities related to returning education to the states and invitational priorities.
The form requires specification of the evaluation design (quasi-experimental or experimental), total requested funds, match waiver status, and the total number of students to be served over the project life. All applications must include at least one but no more than two evidence citations, with an indicator of whether citations are from the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC). Applicants must identify proposed implementation sites and project partners, with additional fields for IHEs including state, OPE ID, institutional type (2-year or 4-year), and governance structure (public/private non-profit). The form serves as an intake document to standardize project information across PSSG applicants.
