About this file
This document contains detailed specifications for four different U.S. Army t-shirt designs (Army, Army Reserve, ROTC, and Army National Guard) dated 7 July 2025. The shirts are all USA-made, tag-less, tri-blend or polyester t-shirts in black or gray, ranging from 3.8-5.2 ounces, with sizes small through X-large. Each shirt design features a specific logo placement on the front chest, a white reverse American flag on the right sleeve, and the phrase "BE ALL YOU CAN BE" printed on the back in a specific color and font. Additional design requirements include no visible company logos, specific color specifications (using PMC color codes), and precise logo dimensions and placement.
The administrative requirements specify detailed packaging and shipping instructions, including individual shirt bagging, box labeling, palletizing guidelines, and delivery to the US Army Marketing Distribution Center at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Pre-production samples are required within 20 calendar days after contract award, with four samples needed (one for each logo variant). Boxes must meet specific strength requirements, be sealed on all sides, not exceed 45 pounds, and include precise labeling with contract and delivery order numbers. Partial shipments will be made at times specified in the contract, with receiving hours limited to specific timeframes Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
