Strict delivery requirements include scheduled appointments with the food service warehouse, specific temperature controls for different food types, and mandatory compliance with BOP National Menu Specifications. Vendors must be registered/active in SAM.gov, provide their UEI number, and submit quotes via email to dsabo@bop.gov. Evaluation will prioritize past performance over price and technical factors, with the government reserving the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value.
