1) Are As Builts available? If yes, can you please provide? See drawing with Falcon Bathroom Facilities and some pictures of current bathrooms.
2) Is it three or four bathrooms? (in the PWS document, in one sentence it states three bathrooms, and elsewhere it states four bathrooms). There are four (4) Bathrooms inside the Power Plant
3) Is plumbing plan available? If yes, can you provide. The drawing shows current plumbing available and locations. ***Please submit IBWC Form 358 if you wish to receive drawings pics.***
4) Does this project include to replace or install new fire sprinkler heads? N/A for this project
5) Does this project include to replace or install new fire alarm devices? N/A for this project
6) Is there currently a company (or companies) that provides fire alarm services and fire sprinkler system services? This item N/A for this project.
7) Does Contractor need to inspect for asbestos and lead paint (currently written in current scope of work)? Yes, if they find something that needs to be inspected
