Hours and Frequency of Service:
• Administrative office: The work will be performed once per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. A consistent day of the week schedule should be established so we know when to expect the cleaning crew to arrive (for example, typically clean on Tuesdays) and departures from that established schedule will be discussed with the government’s onsite representative one day in advance of schedule departures to be sure that the office will be open and a government representative will be onsite when cleaning staff are present.
• Visitor Information Center (VIC): The work will be performed once per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, on Monday or Tuesday each week to minimize disruptions to refuge visitors (the VIC is closed to visitors on Mondays and Tuesdays). A consistent day of the week schedule should be established (for example, typically clean on Tuesdays) and departures from that established schedule will be discussed with the government’s onsite representative one day in advance of schedule departures to be sure that the office will be open and a government representative will be onsite when cleaning staff are present.

• Federal Holidays and other office closures: The administrative office and VIC are typically closed on Federal holidays and occasionally other times (e.g. for storm events).
